Is your jewellery hallmarked?

Some of my pieces are hallmarked. If they are hallmarked then this will be stated in the product description. All of my silver jewellery is hallmark quality 999 (unless otherwise stated in the product information). Legally I do not need to have a piece hallmarked unless it is 7g or above. In order to reduce the cost for my customers, I have chosen to keep the majority of my jewellery below the legal weigh for hallmarking. If you prefer to have a piece of jewellery hallmarked, then I can arrange it, though customers will have to pay for this process.

Can I commission jewellery?

Yes you can, though please speak to me first. Most of my jewellery is custom, unique one off pieces. I try to live my life and run my business in an honourable way and if I don't think I can make the piece you require or that it is likely to be very expensive then I will say that immediately so neither of us waste our time. Unfortunately, because I have had to learn the hard way, once a design is agreed I ask for a non refundable deposit for custom jewellery.

Why are your postage options limited?

In order to protect my customers and myself the only postage that I offer is the fully trackable, insured and signed for service from Royal Mail.

Where can I see you next?
