DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Once we have received your payment, we will despatch your order within 2-3 working days.

To guarantee safe delivery and to protect you and us, all our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service.

A signature will be required so please ensure there is someone available to receive your goods, otherwise a calling card will be left and it will be your responsibility to collect from the local Post Office depot.

Please contact SilvaFush Jewellery prior to ordering internationally.  International orders should arrive within 7-14 days. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. It is important to note that international deliveries may attract additional customs duty, excise duty and/or import VAT and you should be aware that you will be legally liable for any such charges, if they arise.

If your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date.

Deliveries to locations outside of the UK are restricted to those countries that are serviced by Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail International Signed For service, as shown below;

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Other Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, USA

Postage and packing costs for deliveries from the UK are added to each order and vary according to destination.

We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military bases.

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love SilvaFush Jewellery as much as we do, but if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, a return address will then be provided.   Please return the goods in their original packaging within 28 days.  Please note this excludes personalised items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, whereby a refund or exchange is not possible.

Making a return to SilvaFush Jewellery is easy.  Please ensure your return items are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. We recommend you return items via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure safe delivery.  We cannot accept responsibility for any goods that are lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is problem in transit.

Upon receipt, a refund of the item (not including postage) will be processed. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be completed and up to 7 days for it to appear in your account.  Confirmation of the refund will be to you sent via e-mail.

Exchanges

Please confirm which item you wish to exchange for and the reason.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your goods are defective or faulty when you receive them, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and return the goods with the original packaging to us within 28 days. Upon safe receipt, a replacement or a full refund (including return delivery charges) will be processed.

Change Your Mind

If you change your mind about an order at any time before dispatch, you may cancel your order by email and we will then provide you with a full refund.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.
